DIFFERENTIATION
Not a faster version of the old way. A different way entirely.
Most approaches to partner activation ask you to choose. Automate the workflow and hope the data feeding it is clean. Or clean up the data and build the activation process separately, on its own timeline, with its own team. Either way, you're stitching two efforts together and hoping the seams hold.
Manch doesn't stitch. Data, process and validation live in one context from the start, so the process you describe is the process that runs, correct from the first partner it activates, not correct after a few rounds of fixes.
FOUR QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING ANY APPROACH YOU'RE EVALUATING
01
How much of this is actually automated, versus configured as a one-off project?
If every process change needs a new round of setup, you haven't automated activation, you've automated one version of it.
02
Does the data get validated before the workflow runs, or does the workflow just move whatever it's given?
Clean data and fast workflow only work together if they're built together. Bolted-together systems move bad data efficiently, which isn't the same as onboarding partners correctly.
03
How long does it take to go from describing a process to running it live?
Hours with the people who understand the process, not months with specialists translating it into a system.
04
Is compliance checked afterward, or built into the moment the record is created?
A partner verified at the point of entry never becomes an audit finding later.
"The partner is either validated, approved and live, or they're not in the system at all. There's no in-between state where bad data is quietly moving through your workflow."
